Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Promil Tracker web uygulamasını ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız; kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Promil Tracker, girdiğiniz kilo, cinsiyet, yaş ve tükettiğiniz içeceklere dayanarak kan alkol seviyenizi (promil) tahmini olarak hesaplayan, kalori takibi ve istatistikler sunan bir araçtır. Uygulama tıbbi bir cihaz değildir ve tıbbi, yasal veya güvenlikle ilgili profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez.
Uygulamayı yalnızca bulunduğunuz ülke/bölgede geçerli yasal içki içme yaşına ulaşmışsanız kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaşta olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan ("misafir modu") veya Google hesabınızla giriş yaparak kullanabilirsiniz. Google hesabınızla ilişkili bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Ölçüm sayfasında, isteğe bağlı konum izniyle bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre binek ve ticari araçlar için genel yasal promil sınırı bilgisi gösterilir. Bu bilgiler kamuya açık genel kaynaklardan derlenmiştir, resmi bir kaynak değildir ve yasal düzenlemeler zaman içinde değişebilir. Trafiğe çıkmadan önce her zaman bulunduğunuz ülkenin güncel ve resmi mevzuatını kontrol etmelisiniz. Konum paylaşılmazsa veya tespit edilemezse Türkiye değerleri gösterilir.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu, logosu ve içeriği aksi belirtilmedikçe geliştiricisine aittir. Uygulamayı izinsiz kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya ticari amaçla yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu ölçüde" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağına veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağına dair herhangi bir garanti verilmemektedir. Hizmet, önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın değiştirilebilir, askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici; Uygulamanın kullanımından, promil tahminlerine güvenilmesinden, trafik kazalarından, cezai yaptırımlardan veya Uygulamadaki hata/kesintilerden doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Alkollü araç kullanımıyla ilgili tüm karar ve sorumluluk tamamen kullanıcıya aittir.
Hesabınızı ve verilerinizin silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden talep edebilirsiniz. Kötüye kullanım tespit edilmesi halinde erişiminiz kısıtlanabilir.
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değişir. Uygulamayı güncellemeler sonrasında kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Promil Tracker web application ("the App", "the Service"). By using the App, you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Promil Tracker is a tool that estimates your blood alcohol level (promil) based on the weight, gender, age, and drinks you enter, and provides calorie tracking and statistics. The App is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical, legal, or safety advice.
You may only use the App if you have reached the legal drinking age applicable in your country or region. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You can use the App without an account ("guest mode") or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information tied to your Google account and for keeping your account secure.
On the measurement page, with optional location permission, the App shows general legal BAC limit information for private and commercial vehicles based on your country. This information is compiled from publicly available general sources, is not an official source, and regulations may change over time. Always check the current, official regulations in your country before driving. If location isn't shared or can't be resolved, Turkey's values are shown.
The App's design, code, logo, and content belong to its developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App for commercial purposes without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be accessible at all times. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, reliance on BAC estimates, traffic accidents, legal penalties, or errors/outages in the App. All decisions and responsibility regarding driving under the influence rest entirely with the user.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the email address below. Access may be restricted if misuse is detected.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continuing to use the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
